A Postcard from Your Child’s iPad

Dear Mum and Dad,

Just a quick postcard from Year 7 today–You would be so proud of your son. He's really getting good at this organisation stuff. You know how year seven boys often struggle with keeping notes and materials together and tidy? Well, your son is developing fantastic organisation skills with the help of the Notability app. He has his app set up with books for each subject and is keeping all of his notes and materials filed away nicely.

The teacher said, “This time last year, many of the boys had stuff all over the place. If they forgot their English notebook, they'd write their notes in with their maths book. Bits got lost; homework was mislaid. This year, with the help of Notability, everything is in one place. I see a big improvement.”

Your son stores notes, materials, and even the teacher's slides in there. Sometimes he takes a photo of the white board and files it away as a reminder. He knows how to annotate the files to aid memory.

It was an awesome day in Year 7. Wish you were here!

Lots of love,

Your son's iPad

Love it Alison. Well done. I’m sick at home in bed but can still follow the journey.
